How do you handle deletion requests

a) Customer Success is responsible to initiate the deletion of data that has been processed as part of Radancy Employee Referrals' service offering on the contract end.

b) If not agreed upon differently within a contract, all information will be permanently deleted 30 days after the contract end, only remaining in backups for the defined retention time according to Policy "Data Retention".

c) Radancy Employee Referrals is committed to supporting its customers to fulfill data deletion requests according to Art. 17 EU GDPR, therefore:

  • The company will provide customers with the necessary means to obey their responsibilities according to Art. 4 Nr. 7 EU GDPR within products part of Radancy Employee Referrals' service offering
  • The customer's authorized personnel may request a data deletion request via referrals-privacy@radancy.com 
  • The company will align with the customer's authorized personnel about data deletion requests directly issued by data subjects

d) Using logs generated under Policy "Log Management", customers may request evidence of successful deletion via referrals-support@radancy.com. Transmission of the evidence is regulated by Procedure "Datadog Customer Log Export".
